“User,” “you,” “your” refers to any individual or business using the Thallaja app or website.
“Service” refers to all offerings on Thallaja, including maintenance, rental, e-commerce, and related digital features.
“Technician” refers to authorized service personnel assigned to perform inspections or repairs.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Thallaja.
By using our app, you confirm that the information you provide is true, complete, and accurate.
Thallaja reserves the right to refuse service or terminate accounts for misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
3. Account Registration
To use our services, you may be required to create an account using your phone number or email.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Any activity under your account will be considered your responsibility.
Thallaja may suspend or terminate accounts found to be engaging in suspicious or unauthorized activities.
4. Services Overview
Thallaja provides digital access to a range of cold-chain and refrigeration industry solutions, including:
Breakdown and Maintenance Services
Spare Parts and E-Commerce Purchases
All services are subject to availability, location, and technician scheduling.
4. Service Process
Users can book a service through the Thallaja mobile app by selecting the required service type.
Upon booking, a technician is assigned and dispatched for on-site inspection.
The technician will inspect the reported issue and prepare a service estimation that includes parts, labor, and total cost.
The customer can review and approve or decline the estimation before proceeding with the actual repair or service.
5. Inspection and Service Terms
Payment Methods:
Thallaja accepts payments via cash, credit/debit card, or online payment gateway.
Payments are processed securely through authorized third-party providers.
Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are issued only for duplicate payments, unavailable services, or pre-dispatch cancellations & Returns
No refunds are provided for completed inspections, approved estimations, or completed services.
Refund Method (Bank Transfer):
For all eligible refunds, customers must provide:
Account Holder Name
IBAN Number
Refunds are processed only via online bank transfer to the provided account.
Thallaja does not issue cash refunds or transfer refunds to third-party accounts.
Refund Timeline:
Approved refunds are processed within 24hours.
Thallaja is not responsible for delays caused by the customer’s bank or incorrect account details.
Cancellation After Dispatch:
If the technician has already been assigned or reached the customer’s site, the AED 499 inspection fee remains chargeable.
Warranty Policy
Thallaja does not provide any warranty on products, spare parts, or items used or sold during service or purchase.
All items are provided “as is”, without any express or implied warranty of performance or durability.
Third-Party Products:
Any warranty, if applicable, is provided directly by the manufacturer or supplier.
Thallaja is not responsible for third-party defects, failures, or malfunctions.
Service Warranty:
Thallaja does not offer any post-service warranties.
Once the service is completed and approved by the customer, Thallaja bears no responsibility for recurring or subsequent issues.
Customer Acknowledgment:
By proceeding with a service or purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees that no warranty, replacement, or refund will be provided unless explicitly mentioned in writing.
6. User Obligations
By using Thallaja, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information.
Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
Avoid fraudulent bookings or misuse of promotions.
Not attempt to interfere, hack, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.

All content, logos, trademarks, designs, and materials on Thallaja are owned or licensed by Cool Concepts Technical Service
Users are prohibited from copying, reproducing, or redistributing any part of the Service without written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
Thallaja provides all services “as is” and makes no guarantees of uninterrupted availability.
Thallaja is not liable for:
Damages or losses arising from misuse, delays, or service unavailability.
Third-party actions, such as technician delays or supplier defects.
Indirect or consequential damages of any kind.
9. Termination of Service
Thallaja may suspend or terminate accounts for:
Fraudulent activity
Misuse or violation of policies
Non-payment or disputes
Upon termination, all pending invoices and dues must be settled immediately.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
11. Amendments
Thallaja reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time.
Changes will be posted on our website or app, and continued use of the Service indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
Return & Refund policy
At Thallaja, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure a transparent and reliable process for every purchase and service.
This Return & Refund Policy explains when and how returns or refunds are processed for services and products purchased through the Thallaja mobile app or website.
1. General Policy
By using Thallaja’s services or purchasing any items, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy as part of our Terms and Conditions.
All refunds are handled with care and processed according to UAE consumer protection standards.
2. For Products (Spare Parts & Items)
Return Eligibility:
Products can be returned only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
Requests must be made within 24hours of receiving the item.
Customer need to pay the delievry charges
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a valid purchase invoice.
Non-Returnable Items:
Electrical components, refrigeration gas, consumables, or any custom-ordered items are non-returnable.
Returns are not accepted for items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or external causes.
Return Process:

Provide the order number, reason for return, and item details.
Once approved, our team will arrange pickup or request delivery of the item to our warehouse.
Inspection and Approval:

3. Refund Method
